All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, GST will be charged in accordance with Australian law.
Wholesale and trade pricing is available to approved account holders only.

3. Orders
Orders may be placed via our website, email, or invoice. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Once an order has been confirmed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled without prior written approval.

4. Payment
Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All goods remain the property of Paddle Wholesale Australia until full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates only. Paddle Wholesale Australia is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods have been dispatched.

6. International Orders
For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on the shipping method selected. Where stated, duties may be included in the purchase price. Paddle Wholesale Australia is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
Please retain the invoice as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paddle Wholesale Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or supply of goods.
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the goods supplied, or the cost of replacement or repair.
